A person commits a summary offense if he, being less than 21 years of age, attempts to purchase, purchases, consumes, possesses or knowingly or intentionally transports any liquor or malt beverages...

Penalties:

•    Fine of up to $500.00
  

•    License Suspension of 90 days (1st offense)
  

•    License Suspension of 1 year (2nd offense)
  

•    Home state is notified of suspension and may have reciprocal penalties.
