EXPERIENCED REPRESENTATION:  I began my career in the criminal justice system in 1990.  As a former Police Officer, Prosecutor, and Defense Attorney, I am prepared to review every aspect of your DUI or Criminal case; to "read between the lines" of a police report; and to question every detail of the case before it goes into a courtroom.  As a learned student of DUI law and procedure, my unequaled knowledge and experience in the use of Field Sobriety Testing and Chemical Testing procedures gives you an advantage.   

As a former insurance defense attorney, I understand the techniques that are utilized by the insurance companies and their lawyers to minimize potential settlements.  I will not rest until you get the results you deserve.
